Her Majesty Receiving “The Queen’s Jubilee Rose

On Press day at 3.30pm every one is removed from the show except the very lucky few who have “Private View” badges, this enables you to be on your stand when the Queen and the rest of the royal family are looking round the show. Myself and Richard were very lucky to be given one! We then had the amazing opportunity to present her Majesty with the rose we have released just for her this year, the “Queen’s Jubilee Rose”. Here are some photos caught at this moment!

Day three of the stand build up all captured and recorded on our third time-lapse.  As you can see as we get closer to the end of the build every one has ‘gone up a gear’ working as hard you they can!  So here is it, and don’t forget to go to our Youtube Channel and see our other videos!

Earlier in the blog you saw that we have been creating our own time-lapses of the Chelsea 2012 build up.  Here we have our second time-lapse of yesterdays progress.  You can really get a feel for how hard our team is working and how busy the Chelsea build up really is!

Chelsea 2012 – Timelapse of 17th May Build up (timelapse no.1)

During the show we are putting together time-lapse videos of the build up of the stand, recording the progress and the hard work of our team.  As far as we can tell this is a first for the RHS Chelsea Flower Show rose growers and for ourselves as a company.

Here is the first time-lapse sequence, keep and eye out as we will upload more of every build up over the next few days!  The main action in this video is to the right hand side arch and the delicate placing of the roses on the Gothic Folly.
