Anyone know the name of this clematis?

In my exposed and windy garden, everything gets blown away pretty fast. So is the name tag of this clematis.
She blooms in mid July and again mid August. Every year without fail part of the plant got knocked down by the "wilt" but she always come back year after year. Any idea?

Hi Lynnette.
Thank you for the ID. I have quickly googled to compare the pictures. I think you are right. It looks like Mrs. N. Thompson. At least now I how when and how to prune it.
