^^ It definitly isn't a rose - Everyone has a whim or two (roses is a serious business though and don't count as 'whim' - in my opinion ). This is a character of my favourite amime series Yu-Gi-Oh! of the fourth series Zexal. The character is a translucent, blueish, usually nakend, alien spirit called Astral, dressed up as Mr Sherlock Holmes. I dont have a clue, if these japanese anime-designers have some sort of history with illegal substances

WHAT series ???? Sounds dangerous.... well we don't have TV (by choice) so that explains that I have not had a clue to either the series or character

As for the substances - they might be legal in Japan

Concerning the substances, Japan has, as far as I know, at least officially rather 'westernly' regulations...
We dont have TV either (by choice). This series is on TV only in Japan and has just started in the US. But being a member of the community of web citizens, you know where to have your eyes and ears sharpened . But I first saw an older series of this on TV in Ireland, when we still had a TV. Else I propably would never have known it ^^.
