ALBAS

AlbasA very old race of roses. The Albas flower in early summer and are almost invariably scented and extremely resistant to disease. Foliage is grey-green and produced abundantly on an upright, vigorous plant which never outgrows its welcome in any garden

(Alba) "Jacobite Rose","White Rose of York". Similar to "Great Maiden's Blush", but white with creamy tinted centre. Very fragrant. Lead-green leaves. Good autumn fruit. 16th Century. A hardy Cultivar.
