(Modern Shrub) This rose was introduced at the request of Gloria Hunniford, good friend of the late television presenter. It is a free flowering shrub bearing clusters of semisingle bright red blooms with hints of yellow at their centre. Foliage is dark and glossy and growth tidy. £2.00 was donated to the British Heart Foundation for every rose sold in 1999.
