Celebrating our 27th Gold Medal at the RHS Chelsea Flower 2022 In May 2022, we were delighted to have been awarded our 27th Gold Medal at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, as well as the prestigious President's Award for our exhibit of classic and contemporary roses. At the show, we also had the great pleasure of unveiling three beautiful new roses during the Press Preview day; ‘Oxford Physics Rose’, ‘Loyal Companion’, and ‘Rachel’s Joy’. All were eagerly admired by guests and celebrities alike, as they wandered around our exhibit soaking up the romantic atmosphere and exquisite perfumes. In May 2022 we were delighted to launch three exciting new rose varieties at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show. Oxford Physic Rose Introduced in celebration of the Oxford Botanic Garden's 400th anniversary, we were both honoured and delighted to be involved in their celebrations, as the University of Oxford Botanic Garden and Arboretum is the UK’s oldest botanic garden and one of the oldest in the world. In May 2015 we were delighted to have been awarded our 22nd Gold medal at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show. Nursery Manager Ian Limmer and his team worked really hard to put together another breathtaking stand, which incorporated a one off specially designed pavillion created by Classic Garden Elements and stonework by Redwood Stone. Celebrating our 25th Gold Medal at the RHS Chelsea Flower 2018 Peter Beales Roses are delighted to announce that Her Majesty the Queen visited their gold-winning stand during yesterday’s Royal Horticultural Society’s Chelsea Flower Show. Walking through the magnificent rose adorned display; she chatted with Ian Limmer Nursery Manager; taking particular interest in the company’s 2018 introductions ‘Ely Cathedral’ and ‘Fragrant Celebration’. Her Majesty also stopped to admire ‘Sandringham’, a beautiful deep pink, heavily perfumed rose, which had been previously launched in 2016 for the Royal Estate in Norfolk. We are delighted to have been awarded our 24th Gold medal at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2017, our 13th consecutively. The stand featured ironwork archways created by Classic Garden Elements, an interesting gothic window built by Redwood Stone and several tall semi-mature trees supplied by Barcham Trees, all of which were dressed with roses to create a stunning idyllic, yet natural display. We are delighted to have been awarded with our 23rd Gold medal, our 12th consecutively, at this year’s RHS Chelsea Flower Show. Press day saw Rachel de Thame officially launch our newest introduction ‘Sandringham’ and a host of celebrities and special guests visited the stand to admire our display, which combined beautifully designed ironwork archways, semi-mature trees, and remnants of a stonework gothic tower all decorated with an array of roses especially chosen from our vast collection. During the private royal visit we were honoured to receive an impromptu visit from Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and HRH Prince Harry who stopped to admire the blooms.
