I tried to reset my password, but I haven’t received an email
If an account exists for the email address submitted then a password reset email will be sent to that email address. If you do not receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password then it is worth checking your email spam folder just in case it has gone there. If no email has been received then it could mean that an account does not exist for that email address and it may be worth trying a different email address if you have more than one.
