How do I reset the password for my account?
To reset your password simply click on the ‘Account’ icon at the top right-hand side of the screen. This will take you to the ‘Customer Login’ screen.
Underneath the email address and password fields, there will be a link saying ‘Forgot Your Password’. Click on the link, enter your email address and click the ‘Reset My Password’ button.
If an account exists for the email address provided then you will receive an email instructing you on how to reset your password.
If you do not receive an email then it is worth checking your email spam folder. If the email is still not received then it could be that an account does not exist for the email address submitted.
