A morning workshop with Lucy Corfield, textile artist and creator of “Floriarty”.
Wednesday 8th July 2020 - 10am - 1.00pm
Have you ever wanted to try free machine embroidery and appliqué? Using a sewing machine Lucy will demonstrate how this illustrative embroidery technique can be used to embellish surfaces, and layer fabrics to create home decor art pieces. You will also have the opportunity to make a decorative or family tree-themed crafter-piece using new, pre-loved, scrap materials and haberdashery supplies to add to a canvas you can hang at home or it’ll make a thoughtful gift.
Some materials supplied by Susan's Work Basket, Attleborough
** Includes tea / coffee and cake **
