Deciduous large shrub or small tree with light green mimosa-like foliage. Terminal clusters of spectacular, fluffy, pink flowers. July to September. Best in hot sunny positions with good drainage. Protect from hard frosts.
Suckering semi-evergreen with erect, long spikes bearing pendent, tubular, red flowers with yellow throats. June to September. Ht.70cm.(2.5ft.). Grow in sun and fertile, moist, well-drained soil. Good for mixed border, patios or containers.
