    Erect, deciduous shrub with bronze young foliage turning dark green then purplish in autumn. Dense clusters of fragrant white flowers from late autumn through winter and into early spring. Ht.2.5mt.(8ft.). Red fruit after flowers. Grows in full sun or partial shade on moist, well-drained soil. Good for winter border near a path.

    Upright, deciduous shrub bearing bronze tinged young leaves turning dark green. Dense clusters of strongly fragrant, bright pink flowers on bare stems, from November to March. Ht.3mt.(10ft.). Grows in full sun or partial shade, on fertile, moist, well-drained soil. Some shelter helps prevent frost damage to flowers. Good in shrub borders or as a specimen plant, near a pathway.

    Bushy, semi-evergreen, open shrub bearing gloosy, dark green leaves. Rounded heads of very fragrant, tubular, pink then white flowers. April to May. Ht.2.5mt.(8ft.). Red fruit ripening to black after flowers. Grow in full sun or part shsde and moist, well-drained fairly fertile soil. Can tolerate full shade. Good for borders especially next to pathways.
