    • Fragrant
    Rounded, deciduous shrub bearing oval leaves. Fragrant, deep pink, bell-shaped flowers in bottlebrush-like terminal racemes, from late summer to autumn. Ht.2mt.(6ft.). Leaves turn yellow in autumn. Requires full sun or partial shade on fertile, preferably acidic, medium to wet soil. Will tolerate full shade. Good for borders. woodlands and watersides.

    Rosettes of evergreen, lance-shaped, mid-green leaves with prominent central vein. Erect stems with very large, fringed, lavender-blue cornflower-like flowers. August to October. Ht.60cm.(2ft.). Grow in sun and moist, well-drained, slightly acid soil. Good for borders, cottage or wild gardens.
