Upright, deciduous, compact shrub bearing aromatic, 3- to 5-lobed dark green leaves. Small, tubular, deep reddish-pink pendant flowers borne freely from April to May. Ht.2mt.(6ft.). Flowers sometimes followed by spherical, black fruits with a white bloom. Grows in full sun and fertile, well-drained soil. Good hedging plant.

Upright, deciduous tree with dark green fern-like foliage. Beautiful corymbs of fluffy, white flowers followed by coral-pink berries. May to June. Ht.6mt.(20ft.). Leaves turn dark purples and reds in autumn. Grow in sun or part shade and moist, well-drained soil. Good for small gardens, specimen, bees and birds.
