A low, slow spreading carpet of succulent, purple/burgundy/grey leaves. In late Summer, purply-red star shaped flowers appear which contrast beautifully with the leaves. Good for groundcover at the front of a hot sunny border with poor soil. Easy to grow. Good for edging, rock gardens, bees and butterflies.
This sedum grows to 35-40cm which helps the flower stems be less likely to break than other taller varieties. The domed flowers are bright pink, the leaves are fleshy and blue-green, and is one of the first Sedums to begin flowering. Bright, easy to grow, vigorous, tough but not invasive

This sturdy, well branching stonecrop has a strong compact structure and dark purple-brown leaves. The flowers are reddish-purple on rich red stems. Good resistance to leaf diseases. Great for bees and butterflies.
