Prunus incisa Kojo-no-mai (Fuji Cherry)

Compact, rounded to spreading delicate looking deciduous shrub. Wiry twigs burst into life with crimson buds opening to pale pink flowers from March to April. Young leaves long and pale green, darkening with age. Ht.2.5mt.(8ft.). Leaves turn to glowing shades of red and orange in autumn. Grows in full sun on moist, fertile, well-drained soil. Good for containers.
