Clerodendrum bungei Pink Diamond (Glory Flower)

Compact, deciduous shrub with beautiful heart-shaped, lime-green leaves variegated in shades of cream and white. Huge clusters of fragrant, pink flowers from ruby-red buds. August to September. Ht.1mt.(3ft.). Grow in sun or part shade and fertile, moist, well-drained soil with protection from cold. Good for warm borders and containers.

Large shrub or small tree with dark green leaves, bronzed when young. Masses of fragrant, starry white flowers with green sepals. August to October. Ht.6mt.(20ft.). Bright blue berries after flowers, surrounded by rich maroon, star-shaped calyces. Grow in sun or part shade and fertile, moist, well-drained soil with shelter. Good for back of boder or as specimen.

Semi-evergreen or deciduous, open, upright and tender shrub with leaves of three dark blue-green leaflets. Upright, terminal racemes of pea-like, vanilla-scented, bright yellow flowers emerge from hairy buds May and June. Ht.2.5mt.(8ft.). Pendant green seed pods form after flowers August to September. Best grown in full sun and well-drained soil. Grow against a warm wall and protect from cold winds.
