Upright, bushy, evergreen shrub with peeling, reddish-brown and creamy-white bark, bearing aromatic, glossy, dark green leaves with creamy-yellow margins that are pink-tinged when young. Ht.4mt.(12ft.). Small white flowers produced from July to September giving rise to round, purple-black fruit autumn and winter. Frost tender. Best in full sun or partial shade on well-drained soil, with shelter from cold winds. Good in containers.

Pendant clusters of scarlet fruit on female plants after flowers. Grow in sun or part shade and fertile, moist, well-drained soil with shelter from cold. Good for walls, fences or sheds.
