    (China) 'Tipo Ideale' or 'Rosa turkestanica'. A very unusual rose with incredible flowering ability and good health. Can reach 6' or more, but more likely to stay relatively dwarf. Flowers throughout Summer and Autumn with pretty, single blooms of honey-yellow to orange, ageing to cerise red. Often referred to as looking like many butterflies perched upon its' branches. Tolerant of most soils. *Considerably older than 1932 when it was introduced in Switzerland. Probably pre Redouté.
