    Deep Red buds opening to double Crimson Pink flowers, healthy mid green foliage, on a short shrub. Growing to around 1m by 1m this is an ideal rose for borders and growing in pots. Named for the 18th Century Norfolk born classic Greek scholar. The idea to commemorate him was by Alan Gray and Keith Skipper who felt that it was important to recognise such a brilliant 'local lad' who had done well!
